Valentine’s Treat Box!

Valentine’s Treat Box!

I love Valentine’s Day and am always looking for ways to treat my family! I decided to get out my fabric and make a cute box for chocolate treats!
v1
I used my eBosser and my Accuquilt rag die to cut out my fabric!
v2
For each box I need five pieces for the outside and five for the inside as well as interfacing. I can cut all in one go!
I love how much time my eBosser saves me!
v3
I felted the hearts I used on the sides with my Babylock Embellisher. I love felting and then I sewed them on!
v5
These made great little boxes but I could have made them larger to hold some of my desk clutter or other gift items.
It is so much fun to create these sewn boxes.I hope you might consider giving it a try!
See you next week,

Center Rise Card Pulls a Double!

Center Rise Card Pulls a Double!

Having an ill family member is no fun, especially when miles make the separation even further! So for my recouping family member (in a cardiac rehab) I came up with a stand up card to remind  them of my love and devotion!
I am so happy that I have Teresa Collins Paper and Embellishents! They really help me express my feelings!

I love this center rise card style. It allows me to have a double sided greeting and looks great, too!
I used my eBosser with Teresa Collins Décor Circle embossing folder. I love the texture it gave my borders!

These are two must have tools!

I love the circle in a circle texture I achieved with my eBosser and great folder. I also used Tim Holtz’s Distress inkpad to add the vintage stain!
On the flip side I made a sweet Valentine’s declaration!

I used a inkadinkado stamp for my lovely hummer! I love the great feeling of having two cards in one. As simple as flipping the card around.
I am so happy that my life is filled with great products from Craftwell as well as Teresa Collins!

Have a wonderful week and see you next week!

Inspiration Reminder!

Reminder to be Inspired and Know that I care!

I love that  Teresa Collins inspired me with her wonderful line called “You are My Happy”!  I always looking for ways to empower and remind me of how valuable I am to myself. It is so easy to put everything and everyone else ahead of you so I created this great reminder desk accessory with an added journal inside for photos or just for writing something to me!

I used some of my favorite items to create this. I love the laughing cow cheese boxes and look forward to opportunities to use them when ever I can. So I started with taking the labels off of the box. I then cut a four inch circle to cover the box and  also used some Bazzill paper to create the box ring that I ran thru the eBosser. I used Teresa Collins Embossing folder Décor Circles to make the ring around my box.’

I also cut 4 inch circles with my eCraft for the inside working journal pages inside of the box.

I love all of the cool embellishments that are in my collection! Teresa Collins thought of everthing. I made my top so that I can change the sentiment on top daily!

I used a Styrofoam Easter egg to make the slotted holder for my daily affirmations.  I love the sayings and hope that they will instill a daily positive outlook for me!

Thank you so much Teresa Collins for the fun that I am having! I hope that all recognize the wonder that is you!

Have a great week,
